Pay It Forward 9/11
Inspired by the Newfoundlanders who opened their arms, hearts and homes to strangers without a second thought, Kevin Tuerff, one of the passengers who was stranded in Gander 20 years ago and the inspiration for the character Kevin T in Come From Away, began Pay It Forward 9/11 when he returned home. The idea is simple and enormously powerful. Each year on 9/11, people can do three acts of kindness in and around their community to spread compassion and pay it forward. We caught up with Kevin via Zoom during this very busy time when he is helping coordinate Pay It Forward 9/11 group activities around North America. www.PayitForward911.org
